Payment Terms & Pricing Structure

The prices listed below reflect our Discounted Net 7 Rate.

• Discounted Rate (Net 7): Pay the listed price if the invoice is paid within 7 days.
• Standard Rate (Net 30): If your company requires Net 30 terms, simply add 20% to the listed prices.
• General Contractors: Please use the Standard Rate (Listed Price + 20%) when bidding projects that require inspection draws or 30-day payment cycles.
