Payment Terms & Pricing Structure
The prices listed below reflect our Discounted Net 7 Rate.
- Discounted Rate (Net 7): Pay the listed price if the invoice is paid within 7 days.
- Standard Rate (Net 30): If your company requires Net 30 terms, add 20% to the listed prices.
- General Contractors: Please use the Standard Rate (Listed Price + 20%) when bidding projects requiring more than 7 days to pay.
