Senior Plumber (Independent Partner)
Always HiringThis is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for highly skilled plumbers with an entrepreneurial spirit. You operate essentially as your own boss—a "business within a business."
You retain 80% of the net profit on your jobs (Revenue minus Materials & Services).
- Full autonomy over workflow and job completion.
- Perform all stages of work (Rough, Top-out, Fixtures).
- Manage your own material accounts (digital receipts).
- Lead job sites and mentor helpers professionally.
- Journeyman or Master License (Commercial).
- Reliable working truck (We apply License #/Logo).
- Own standard power tools (including ProPress).
- Obtain WSPS & Backflow Cert within 2 years.
General Manager
My Current RoleThe operational backbone of Hart Services. Your goal is to facilitate the success of the field team, provide technical mentorship, and drive revenue through construction estimation.
15% of Service Dept Net Profit + 15% of Construction Jobs Net Profit.
- Assist plumbers in locating parts and solving code issues.
- Estimate and sell commercial/residential construction jobs.
- Mentor apprentices regarding licensing and growth.
- Facilitate operations ("Grease in the gears").
- Must hold a Master Plumber License.
- Obtain WSPS & Backflow Cert within 2 years.
- Proficiency with communication & estimation software.
- Ability to lead by example.
